Version 1.1, dated 7 October 2026.
Who is responsible

When you visit this site
Our host Cloudflare processes the technical data of each request, such as your IP address, browser type and the page requested, to deliver the site and protect it from attacks. We do not store your IP address. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in running a secure website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). This site sets no cookies of its own and uses no advertising or analytics trackers.
The checklist preview
It runs in your browser. What you pick there is not sent to us and not stored.
If you join the beta list we collect
Your e-mail address, your role, the countries you ship to and, if you give it, your store URL (we keep only the site address, for example https://yourstore.com); a record of your consent (version of the consent text and time); the confirmation status and its time; the campaign tags in the link you came from (UTM source, medium, campaign, content), if any. E-mail, role and countries are needed to join the list; the store URL is optional. Joining is voluntary.
Why, and on what legal basis
- To keep you on the beta list and e-mail you about the EuBinder beta and its launch, including the confirmation e-mail: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw it at any time with the link in each e-mail or by writing to privacy@ppftec.com; this does not affect what happened before.
- To see which of our posts or messages brought you (campaign tags): our legitimate interest in measuring our outreach (Art. 6(1)(f)).
- To keep the form free of bots and abuse (the Turnstile check and counters per connection and per e-mail address, stored as one-way keyed codes and deleted within two days): our legitimate interest in protecting the form (Art. 6(1)(f)).
- To show that you consented and to respect your unsubscribe: after you unsubscribe we keep only your e-mail address, the consent record and the unsubscribe date, so that we do not write to you again (Art. 6(1)(f)).
You can object at any time to the processing based on legitimate interest.
Who receives the data
Cloudflare, Inc. (San Francisco, United States) processes it for us: hosting of this site, the database that stores the beta list (Cloudflare D1, stored in the EU), e-mail delivery (Cloudflare Email Service; its Email Sending feature is labelled "Beta" on Cloudflare's product page, read on 7 October 2026) and the Turnstile bot check. Turnstile is loaded from challenges.cloudflare.com only when you open or click into the beta form. It processes your IP address, TLS fingerprint, user agent and similar browser signals to tell people from bots; it sets no cookie on eubinder.ppftec.com. Cloudflare also uses these signals as an independent controller to improve its bot detection (see the Turnstile Privacy Addendum). Nobody else receives your data. We do not sell it and do not use it for advertising.
Transfers outside the EU
Cloudflare, Inc. is a US company; e-mail delivery and parts of its service run outside the EU. Transfers to the United States rely on the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (Commission adequacy decision of 10 July 2023), in which Cloudflare, Inc. participates (Data Privacy Framework List, checked on 7 October 2026), and, as a fallback, on the Standard Contractual Clauses in Cloudflare's Data Processing Addendum. You can ask us for a copy of these safeguards at privacy@ppftec.com.
How long we keep it
Unconfirmed entries: deleted 48 hours after you submit the form. Confirmed entries: until you unsubscribe or until 12 months after the public launch of the app, whichever comes first. After you unsubscribe we delete your role, countries, store URL and campaign tags at once and keep only what is described above to respect your opt-out, until the whole list is deleted 12 months after the public launch. Abuse counters: deleted within two days.
Your rights
You can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, a copy in a portable format (data portability), and object to processing based on legitimate interest, by writing to privacy@ppftec.com. We answer within one month; for complex requests we may extend this by two months and will tell you why. You can also complain to a data protection supervisory authority: in Romania, where we are established, the Autoritatea Națională de Supraveghere a Prelucrării Datelor cu Caracter Personal (ANSPDCP, www.dataprotection.ro), or the authority of the EU country where you live or work, or where you think the infringement took place.
Other
No automated decisions are made about you. If we change this notice we update the version and date above; if we want to use your data for a new purpose, we ask you first.
